Free Shipping (USA Only)

We offer free shipping to the USA on all orders above $139.
However, free shipping doesn’t mean slow shipping — we always choose the fastest available courier to make sure you receive your order on time.
Your satisfaction and happiness mean everything to us.

Regular & Express Deliveries

We ship worldwide, but shipping modes and charges vary by country.
Please note that we do not ship to Israel, Russia, India, Iraq, Iran, or any OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Most orders are shipped within 10 working days for Regular Deliveries, but in rare cases, the shipment time may extend to 20 working days.

For Express Deliveries, we use premium couriers like FedEx, DHL, TNT, and others — ensuring your order reaches you within 3–5 working days.
We always reserve the right to select the fastest courier service for timely delivery.

Customs & Duties (DDU)

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means that the customer is responsible for customs duties and import taxes in their respective country.
Please check your country’s customs rules before placing your order.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After receiving your payment, you’ll get an order confirmation email.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you another email containing a tracking code.
You can use this code to monitor your shipment status.
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

PO / FPO / APO Addresses

For security reasons, we do not deliver to PO boxes, FPO, or APO addresses.
All deliveries require the receiver’s signature to confirm safe receipt.

If the courier company tries to deliver but no one is available, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier.
If repeated delivery attempts fail, or the courier destroys the parcel, Glamci will not be responsible.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

The handling time is 5–10 business days, not included in the shipping duration.
