At Glamci, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience — because we believe that trust builds lasting relationships.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing queue. Therefore, cancellations are not allowed after 2 days of placing the order.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Exchanges

If your product doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, Glamci offers an Exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
If the reason for return is related to sizing, exchanges are allowed — however, full refunds are not applicable since we reconfirm sizing details before dispatch.

Refunds

Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis and depend on the condition and reason for the return.

  • Refund requests typically take 10–45 business days to process.

  • The refunded amount will be sent to the same payment method used during checkout.

  • It may take up to 30 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account or billing statement.

Please note:

  • Only the product cost (including taxes) will be refunded.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers requesting store credit will receive 100% of the product value (after deducting shipping costs).

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and unwashed.

  • All tags and original packaging are included.

The returns process may take 15–20 business days to complete.
Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage are not eligible for return or exchange.

Product Accuracy

Every Glamci product is represented honestly with accurate descriptions and images.
Refunds will not be provided for products that match the item shown and described on our website.
